This store has vastly improved over the years. They have a great selection of work and hiking boots that are waterproof. Prices are reasonable and they have good sales too!

Awesome customer service. My baby gal was acting out n cashier was patient n sooo nice, interacted with her n even gave her a sticker, made her all better.i shopped here on 11/7/19 @7.37pm.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome... This was a very fun shopping experience. Not only did they have great shoes with good deals, the store manager made it fun with games, winning prizes and discounts. Great time and experience....Check them out!

Wonderful place to shop and something for every wearer no matter what the style. Excellent service and great price for the money! Definitely the place for repeated visits! Bought 2 pairs of shoes and socks! Would recommend to anyone for great buys!!

This Shoe Carnival location is the best I've ever experienced and it is all due to Mike behind the counter and on the floor. He is very courteous, professional, and caring of his customers. We had an issue with my son's shoes and Mike was outstanding and handled everything for us. We will continue shopping here for years to come. Thank you for your time and consideration and we'll see you soon!

This place was awesome filled with friendly staff. They had an awesome deal going on bogo half off so I ended up going the next day to buy another pair for my fiance. Very clean and well maintained, they even have a little basketball hoop for the kids to play. I will definately be returning and recommending this place to friends and family!

I would like to compliment the gentleman that helped me by the name of Mike. He was very personable and had impeccable customer service skills. The store was clean and well kept. All of the associates in the store were helpful as well. I had to make an exchange for a larger size shoe and Mike had the shoe waiting on me when I walked in. Good customer service is so infrequent now it's wonderful to meet a salesperson like Mike. I hope Shoe Carnival knows the great associate they have in Mike. I'll continue to do business there based off of my experience with Mike.

I was looking for slip resistant shoes for my job. Have been having a hard time finding because I have foot issues. I believe he was the mgr of this store. He found me a pair of shoes even though the shoes were men’s they worked. Made my feet feel so good ❤️

I’m BAAAAAAACKKK!!!!!! It’s a SHOE STORE review!!!!! Located on Independence blvd … Shoe Carnival soon to be Shoe Station! Let’s go!!!!!!!!! Had a fascinating and surprisingly super educational visit with this store… I encountered a super knowledgeable young man , the store manager who was able to share with me the best shoe for….. EVERYTHING!!!! Guys how many times have you had questions and the salesperson couldn’t or wouldn’t tell you ANYTHING … yet expect you to enjoy the customer experience in their store???? Guys… look at my pics and videos from this visit … this store name will soon change to “ Shoe Station” and you guys need to get here quick to check out such a great selection of styles and sizes for all ages…. Please see the store manager Devin…. With any and all questions you have about your feet, the type of shoe you need, the best prices, and for an all around super customer service experience !!!
